The ROUSE 60-Night Promise

Sleep with ROUSE for 60 nights. If your mornings aren't calmer — or it doesn't wake you the way your old alarm couldn't — send it back for a full refund of the price you paid. No reason required.

How returns work

  • The 60-night window runs from the day your order is delivered.
  • Start your return through our Contact page — tell us your order number and we'll send return instructions.
  • We refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the item; your bank then typically takes 5–10 business days to post it.
  • For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage; we cover it for defective items.
  • If you added the Travel Charging Case, it's covered by the same 60-night window.

1-Year Warranty

Every ROUSE band is covered for one year against manufacturing defects. If your band fails through a fault of ours, we'll replace it at no cost — we send a prepaid label and ship the replacement free.

What's not covered

  • Accidental damage, water damage beyond the rated resistance, misuse, or normal wear (scratches, strap wear).
  • Loss or theft.

Item condition

For change-of-mind returns, please send the band back in honest, resellable condition. We may reduce a refund for damage beyond normal handling, and we'll always contact you first.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the consumer-protection rights you already have under the law of your country or region. Our guarantee sits on top of those rights, never instead of them.
