Yes. Each alarm is a vibration on your wrist with no sound at all, so the person next to you isn't woken. You can set up to 3 of them right on the band.
Does it have heart rate, sleep tracking or phone notifications? ＋
No, and that's on purpose. ROUSE tracks activity, not health: no heart rate, no SpO2, no sleep score. It tracks your steps, distance and calories, and it never shows messages or calls.
Can I swim or shower with it? ＋
Yes. It's waterproof for swimming, so the shower, rain and pool are all fine. Take it off for very hot water, like a sauna or hot tub, since heat is hard on a watch seal.
